Dave Grundfest III
Dave Grundfest is the President and founder of DGC, and is actively involved in the company on a daily basis.

He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Graduate School of Business.

Dave has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the commercial construction industry, with primary areas of expertise in financial management, construction estimating, project management, design-build leadership and contracting.

Jeff McNeil, P.E.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Civil Engineering and is a Professional Engineer (AR Reg. #9247).

He spent 12 years with an ENR Top 100 Company as a Field Engineer, Project Superintendent,and Construction Manager working on large commercial projects throughout the United States.

Jeff joined DGC in 1997 and his leadership has been particularly beneficial in building a technically competent and strong field staff.  This includes construction scheduling, continuing education for field staff, safety training, and technical training for superintendents in understanding the civil, concrete, structural, and MEP system aspects of project design and engineering.

Mike Green
Mike is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Architecture and Urban Design as well as the University Of Arkansas School Of Law.

He has been with DGC since 2002 working in the field and in the corporate office.

Mike is a licensed Architect and Attorney in Arkansas which provides specialized knowledge to the construction and design-build process.  He has 30 plus years of experience in all types of construction, from residential to commercial.  He is experienced in real estate development of multi-family apartment complexes; from locating the property, to zoning, preparing documents, developing construction budgets and managing the construction. Mike has estimated and project managed multi family projects in Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky and Kansas.
